Fried Eggplant and Beef With Miso Pastry Made In 10 Minutes
This meal has a sweet, but at the same time spicy taste to it. The meat turns out soft and juicy and goes really well with rice. It works well to put in Bento boxes too.
Ingredients (Serving for 2)
Eggplant... 2 to 3
Beef... 120g thinly sliced
Olive oil... 2 Tbsp
Potato starch... 1Tbsp
Cooking alcohol... 1Tbsp
*Honey... 1Tbsp
*Soy sauce... 1Tbsp
*Sugar... 1Tbsp
*Doubanjiang... Tiny scoop
*Oyster sauce... 1Tsp
Instructions
Slice the eggplant into round slices.
Rub the Potato starch and cooking alcohol in to the beef.
Place the olive oil in to the frying pan and fry both sides of eggplant on medium heat.
sprinkle a little bit of cooking alcohol and place the eggplant on the side of the frying pan. Toss the beef in.
When the meat is done put the ingredient with * in ingredient section and stir well.
It keeps for about 2 days in the fridge.
